Rent To Own

The Quaker has a pitched roof with unequal sides. The front side of the roof is shorter and the back side of the roof is longer. There is a 14 inch over hang along the front side of the building. Country charm with plenty of room. Check out the Quaker.

The Quaker comes standard with a shop built double door, which can be located on the side or the end of the building. (The door is usually located on the side of the building) The door varies in size depending on the size of the building.

Construction Details

  • Interior Front Wall Height: 7ft.

  • Interior Back Wall Height: 6ft 2.5 inches.

  • Floor joist: 16 inches on center.

  • Wall studs: 16 inches on center.

  • Rafters: 16 inches on center​.

  • Exterior wall: 30 year smart siding.

  • Double top plate for extra strength.

  • 3/4 inch tongue and groove flooring.

  • Roof overhang: 4.5 inches.

  • Shingle roof comes standard​.

Rent to Own

Our rent to own plan gives you the opportunity to have a storage building in your back yard while making payments on the building. After making 36 monthly payments the building will be yours. So why rent a unit in town when you can be paying on a building in the convenience of your own back yard. You are not required to fill out a credit application, and you can pay off early without a penalty. If things do not go as you planned and the payments become a financial difficulty to you, you are nor required to keep your building! Give us a call and we will come pick the building up.

What does it take to get started on rent to own?

We require the 1st month of rent + tax and a security deposit

8' wide building = $100 security deposit

10' wide building = $150 security deposit

12' wide building = $200 security deposit
