Rent to Own
Our rent to own plan gives you the opportunity to have a storage building in your back yard while making payments on the building. After making 36 monthly payments the building will be yours. So why rent a unit in town when you can be paying on a building in the convenience of your own back yard. You are not required to fill out a credit application, and you can pay off early without a penalty. If things do not go as you planned and the payments become a financial difficulty to you, you are not required to keep your building! Give us a call and we will come pick the building up.
What does it take to get started on rent to own?
We require the 1st month of rent + tax and a security deposit
8' wide building = $100 security deposit
10' wide building = $150 security deposit
12' wide building = $200 security deposit
